Protecting our street, our community and the character of Kingswood

Kingswood Close Residents Group represents residents concerned about proposals for residential development on land east of Station Lane, Kingswood, and in particular the potential use of Kingswood Close as an access route to the site.

Kingswood Close is an established residential cul-de-sac. It is a quiet, narrow street where children play, neighbours know one another and residents regularly come together for street parties, carol singing and other community activities.

The current proposals could fundamentally change that.

We believe Kingswood Close is unsuitable as an access or through route for a development of this scale.
