About Kingswood Close Residents Group

Kingswood Close Residents Group is an independent, resident-led group established to provide a collective voice for people living on Kingswood Close.

The Group was formed in response to proposals for residential development on land east of Station Lane and, in particular, the potential use of Kingswood Close as an access route to the site.

Our purpose is to represent the interests of residents, share accurate information, coordinate responses and provide a clear point of contact for local authorities, elected representatives, developers and other organisations involved in matters affecting our street.

While the proposed development has prompted the formation of the Group, our purpose is broader: to help protect the character, safety and community of Kingswood Close and provide residents with a collective voice on significant issues affecting the street.

We are independent, non-political and run by residents for residents.
